Puppy puppy puppy puppy!!! Lola is a young adult, but still acts like a big puppy. Loves to run at top speed, chase her ball, and spend time outdoors in the yard.

Lola has a pleasant temperament, not a mean bone in her body. Always in a good mood! Her leash & housetraining skills are a work in progress, so doggie classes with a trainer would be very beneficial to help this bouncing ball of energy continue on the right path.

Being a mix of 2 hound breeds, Lola has a high prey drive.... so please NO CATS or small critters in her new home. She doesn't mind other dogs and would enjoy a medium to large sized playmate(s).

Lola enjoys exploring or being close to her people. An active family with a SECURELY fenced yard or local dog park where she can exercise & explore would be ideal.

An adoption process is required to include filling out an online adoption application available at the following link -- https://www.k9rescuees.org/info/adoption

Veterinary and personal reference checks, and a home visit/meet-n-greet are required PRIOR to being approved to adopt. The time frame for completing this process depends largely on how quickly references respond, your vet office is able to speak to us (some want written permission first), your landlord or HOA (if applicable) confirms their approval for a pet, & how your schedule aligns with that of our volunteer(s) for the Home Visit.
